Why are protests taking place? To see a change in the rule of government.

What forms of protests are being seen? Is social media playing a role or is there some kind of government censorship? Protest are being seen for the cry of overturning the current ruler. Social media is playing less of a role due to the fact of the inernet usage clamp down. This makes it difficult for word to travel through the media.

How is that particular government responding? How does this contrast with what we might see in the United States? The government has clamped down on the internet so it is hard for citizens to completely share with the world. In the U.S. we wouldn't see them clamp down on internet usage.

What kind of real changes do you expect to see in this country? When the government finally stops using excessive force and harming the Libyan citizens then the protestors will possibly be able to overturn the power and get the ruler out of office.
